Fox: "Here's Some More Avatar We Found on the Floor. Eat it."
Submitted by Robert Ring on 03.12.2010Double-dipping with DVD releases is fairly common these days (though, thankfully, it seems to be waning to some extent). Here comes Fox, though, with something worse: theatrical floor crumb repackaging (I gotta come up with a better term for that).

Submitted by Robert Ring on 03.12.2010Early in the year, we learned that Scott Frank's long-gestating prequel to Planet of the Apes, entitled Caesar, was being scrapped by Twentieth Century Fox for being "too expensive and ... too dark." Now the prequel, likely with a different title, is moving along under a new creative team.
