Just a heads-up to our readers: The Sci-Fi Block will be undergoing a massive internal update for twenty-four to forty-eight hours starting Monday, August 17. During all or some of that time, the site may be unavailable, but don’t worry, we'll be back as soon as we possibly can.

After the update readers will notice only a few immediate differences -- primarily some minor cosmetic adjustments -- but the changes we are implementing will allow us to devote more time to expanding the site's coverage in the very near future (for the web-developer-minded who are wondering, we are re-creating the site using the Drupal content management system).

The exciting part about this is that we have a lot of new stuff coming up, some of which should begin within the next month or two. So stay tuned, and until then, don't miss our District 9 review, which will be up this Friday. See you soon!
